All the refund transactions will be made within 7-10 working days.
Refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid.
After 7 days of purchasing, customer can get 80% of the refund if he/she wants to return the product and take cash in lieu of. Please note that this is applicable for the gold ornaments customer purchased from any jewelry brand.
After 7 days of purchasing, customer can get maximum 90% refund in case of exchange with any other product. Please note that, this is only applicable only if the customer purchased the ornaments from Gaurav Jewellers.
